Mary Kelly, PhD
Mary specializes in leadership growth that helps finance, insurance, real estate, and manufacturing organizations improve profitability and productivity. As one of the first female graduates of the Naval Academy, she served 25 years on active duty, leading multicultural teams in nine countries. In addition to training more than 40,000 military personnel, her remarkable career included work as an intelligence officer, chief of police, HR director, and chief of staff. She’s the author of 13 business books, including Master Your World (named a “must read” by MENSA and MOAA) and Why Leaders Fail and the 7 Prescriptions for Success.
Dr. Chris Kuehl
Chris is a managing director of Armada Corporate Intelligence. He provides forecasts and strategic guidance for a wide variety of corporate clients around the world. He is the chief economist for several national and international organizations: Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, National Association of Credit Management, Finance, Credit and International Business, and the Business Information Industry Association. He is also the economic analyst for several state accounting societies, including Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Kansas.
Prior to starting Armada in 1999, Chris was a professor of economics and finance for 15 years, teaching in the US, Hungary, Russia, Estonia, Singapore, and Taiwan. He holds advanced degrees in economics, Soviet studies, and East Asian studies.
He is the author of Business Intelligence Briefs and Executive Intelligence Briefs, both publications from Armada. He is also responsible for the Credit Manager’s Index from NACM and Fabrinomics from the FMA.
George Hedley, CSP, CPBC
George is a business-building expert who helps contractors take their companies to the next level with his proven BIZ-Builder Blueprint BIZ-Plan System.
George is a Certified Master Professional Business Coach and was named Business Coach Of the Year by the Professional Business Coaches Alliance. George founded and built his construction company to reach $50 million in only seven years!
For his accomplishments, George received the nationally recognized Entrepreneur of the Year award. As a contractor, he has built over 500 commercial projects valued at more than $700 million. He is the author of Get Your Business to Work and Get Your Construction Business to Always Make a Profit!
Today as a business coach, he focuses on helping contractors get organized, grow, and profit. He is a popular speaker at national conventions, a columnist for multiple industry magazines, manages his online university for contractors, and hosts mastermind peer BIZGROUPS for company owners.
Dr. Ivan Joseph
Ivan is an internationally renowned speaker, bestselling author, award-winning performance coach, in-demand consultant, prominent educator, and accomplished leader. His TEDx talk, “The Skill of Self-Confidence,” has over 28 million views and was named by Forbes as one of the 10 Best TED Talks for Graduates on the Meaning of Life. Dr. Joseph holds a PhD in Psychology and has served as vice president, director of athletics, and faculty at four North American universities. During his 25-year career in academia, Ivan led cultural transformation, inspired people to believe in themselves, and created cohesive teams.
While serving as a professor and coach at Graceland University, Ivan developed the soccer program from the ground up, leading both the men’s and women’s teams to No. 1 national rankings. He also guided the men’s team to the first national championship in Graceland’s history—in just five years. For this accomplishment, he was chosen by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics to be named National Coach of the Year. Ivan spent a decade as director of athletics at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), where he helped lead his department—and the university—to national prominence. Among his many accomplishments at TMU, Ivan spearheaded the landmark $100 million renovation of the historic Maple Leaf Gardens. Under his leadership, TMU teams won the first provincial and national championships in the university’s history
Ivan has coached World Champions and Olympians. His research and leadership have focused on understanding how self-confidence and cohesion drive performance. Ivan now uses these
skills to lead high-performing businesses, organizations, and individuals around the world.

Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations are accepted and registration fees refunded (less a 25% cancellation fee) if notice is received in writing at least 30 days prior to the event. If cancellation is received less than 30 days but at least one week prior to the event, registration fees (less a 50% cancellation fee) will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than one week prior to the conference, no refund will be given. NSCA is not responsible for weather-related interruptions that affect connection to the event.
