Record Number Of Participants Attend NSCA Fall Business Conference
Attendees appreciate focus on business topics in electronic systems industry

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, November 6, 2007 — More than 180 people attended NSCA’s 10th annual Fall Business Conference (FBC). The two-and-a-half day event was held October 21-23 at Paradise Point Resort in San Diego.

A variety of industry and professional speakers provided unique leadership, management and networking programs. Keynote Steve Farber entertained and challenged the audience with his presentation on “Extreme Leadership” based on his books, The Radical Leap and The Radical Edge.

Thomas Berry, President of Verrex Corporation, liked the collaboration that took place at FBC. “No other industry event offers the depth in sales (or) financial and operational topics and solutions for today’s senior managers,” he said.

“This conference gives executives like myself a chance to meet with industry peers, while participating at a level of education that is not available anywhere else for executives in the A/V and commercial electronic systems industry,” said SPL Integrated Solutions president Chad Gillenwater.

FBC had “excellent guest (keynote) speakers who all had different perspectives. I liked being able to interact with other members to share stories and how to solve real life problems,” said Daniel Boylan, president, Southern Business Communications.

The next NSCA Business Conference, sponsored by InfoComm, is planned for the early spring of 2009. Stay tuned for more details about this exciting event.
