Finding The Right Person For The Right Job Just Got Easier

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, September 13, 2007 — Matching the right person to the right job can be tricky. Fortunately, NSCA is here to help. Whether you're looking to find or fill a position, our new job board will make it easier to connect to the right people. The job board allows users to set their own search criteria for locating jobs.

“This is a great way to bring new people into the industry as well as match seasoned veterans with our member companies,” said Jodi Montgomery, senior director of member services.  “We are committed to helping our members find a qualified workforce.  This year, in conjunction with the NSCA Education Foundation, we will be focusing heavily on promoting the NSCA job board, with free resume posting and job-searching features, to community colleges and vocational-technical schools nationwide.

Job seekers can submit their résumés to all registered employers, allow employers to search their résumés, and receive daily job match emails.  Cold calls, postage stamps and knocking on doors are all a thing of the past. NSCA’s online job board delivers results that match your skills and training.

Employers can search online for résumés, collect résumés via email and receive alerts when job postings are due to expire. NSCA makes it easy for busy companies to find the right staff. With a few clicks of the mouse, employers can view detailed information about potential employees.

Visit the new job board at www.nsca.org/jobs when it launches on September 17 to start taking advantage of this newly improved member resource.
